Marlene Lentner

Marlene Lentner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Gastdozent at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® since January 2025, Marlene also holds multiple positions at Miba Group, including Global People & Culture Division Business Partner and Head of Global People Development, since April 2022. Previous roles include leadership positions at SWAROVSKI, where Marlene was Head of Operations Academy and Head of Swarovski Production System, focusing on employee development and lean management. Earlier experience includes a decade as a Senior Researcher at IBE - Institut für Berufs- und Erwachsenenbildungsforschung, along with academic roles at Université de Strasbourg and Johannes Kepler University. Marlene's educational background includes a PhD in Social and Economic Science from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and various executive certificates from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
