Sophy Alex

Sophy Alex is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Capital at Miba Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sophy worked as Director of Operations at Sycamine Consulting from June 2013 to June 2023, and as Manager of HR at InApp Information Technologies from October 2007 to May 2013, overseeing comprehensive HR functions including talent acquisition and employee engagement. Sophy began a career in HR at Terumo Penpol Limited as an HR Executive in July 2007, handling employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment and payroll management. Earlier experience includes a role as HR-Spoc at WNS from March 2003 to February 2006. Sophy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
