Ahmed Osam Elshamy is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing software solutions and providing technical support. Currently employed at MIC Customs Solutions since August 2021, Ahmed specializes in Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle technologies, as well as data reporting through Birt reports. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as a Technical Product Specialist Engineer at Dynatrace, addressing customer issues and facilitating webinars while also mentoring new team members.
