Andrea Cosma has extensive experience in technical customer support and education. Currently serving as a Technical Customer Support Coordinator at MIC Customs Solutions since March 2017, Andrea has demonstrated strong problem-solving and communication skills in a technical environment. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Teacher at Land Oberösterreich from September 2014 to July 2017, fostering knowledge and skills in students. Andrea holds a degree from the Federal Technical College for Electronic Data Processing and Organization, completed in 2014.
