Barbara Leitner

Barbara Leitner currently serves as the HR Training Manager at MIC Customs Solutions, a position held since June 2019. In this role, Barbara is responsible for training management for MIC Academy, including the strategy, organization, and coordination of training and seminars. Key responsibilities also include producing e-learning content, owning and providing technical support for the LMS tool, and overseeing quality management. Additionally, Barbara acts as the HR business partner for training management. Prior to this, Barbara worked as an Office Manager at Reifenhauser Group from 2018 to 2019.
