Greg Coughlin

Greg Coughlin has over three decades of experience in the technology and production support fields. Currently serving as a Support Specialist at MIC Customs Solutions since November 2010, Greg previously held positions at R.L Polk & Co from January 2002 to March 2009, where responsibilities included production support for direct mail applications and program enhancements in Java and PL/SQL. Greg's extensive background at R.L Polk & Co also includes roles such as Lead Information Technologist, M204 Programmer, Staff Programmer, Quality Control Supervisor, and Computer Operator/Lead Operator, demonstrating a wide-ranging expertise in programming, quality control, and production processes. Education includes a graduation from Kennedy High School.
