Philip Smith

Philip Smith began their work experience as a Claims Specialist at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies in 1977. Philip then joined Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona (MICA) in 1981 as the Vice President of Claims, where they were responsible for overseeing the claim department, managing personnel, claim files, and reserves. Philip also played a role in leading the organization to achieve its strategic direction and meet company goals.

Philip Smith attended Northern Arizona University from 1971 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government.
