Rupert Spiers has extensive work experience in various roles. Rupert began their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Hitachi Europe in 1995, where they analyzed business requirements and provided system requirement feedback. Rupert then worked as a Business Analyst at 3COM Ltd in 1996, responsible for analyzing and reporting sales values.

In 1996, Rupert joined Yell as a Project Manager. Rupert managed cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to support SAP project delivery, ensuring business requirements matched technical builds. Rupert also managed testing for the "Clarity" business program, consisting of multiple SAP dependent projects.

From 2009 to 2016, Rupert worked as an English Language Teacher at Global Project Servicios Y Formacion SL and Continua recursos humanos y organización. Rupert taught English language courses during this time.

Since 2016, Rupert has been working as an Account Manager at Micaton Ergonomics, S.L.
