Thomas Massie is a veteran executive and investor who currently serves as President & CEO of MICATU, Inc. (since 2023) and as Senior Operating Partner at WAVE Equity Partners (since 2016). Massie led four technology companies to NASDAQ IPOs, including MASS Microsystems Inc., FOCUS Enhancements Inc., Bridgeline, and Agrify Corp. Massie served as a non-commissioned officer in the 101st Airborne Division, U.S. Army, from 1980 to 1983. Massie is associated with Sandler Training and Wayne State University.
