Amy Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer at Michael Baker International since December 2018.

Previously, they were with GNC from January 2015 to December 2018, where they served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer. At GNC, Amy was responsible for all treasury and risk management functions, as well as world-wide finance operations comprised of more than 120 team members. Amy managed day-to-day activities of corporate accounting and SEC financial reporting, finance operations of manufacturing entity, sales audit, lease administration team servicing over 4,000 leases, and Financial Shared Services. Additionally, they were responsible for an internal accounting team that provided monthly financial services to GNC franchisees.

After two years with the organization, Amy added the responsibilities of Treasurer to their role, which included managing the risk management organization that oversaw all insurance and fleet programs. Amy was also significantly involved with complex refinancing efforts and related roadshows, rating agency presentations, and regular updates with company analysts. As a key executive participant in Finance and Audit Committees, Amy played a vital role in the success of GNC during their time with the company.

Amy's experience and successes at GNC led to their being named Chief Financial Officer at Michael Baker International in December 2018. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the financial strategy of the company and overseeing all financial operations.

Amy Davis has a bachelors degree in business administration from Robert Morris University. Amy is also certified as a public accountant from the AICPA/PICPA.
