Caitlin Heller is an accomplished public engagement and outreach professional with extensive experience in stakeholder relationships and public relations. Currently serving as a Public Engagement Specialist III at Michael Baker International, Caitlin excels in developing strategic PR campaigns, conducting audience research, and leveraging social media to enhance brand visibility. Prior experience includes roles as a Stakeholder Engagement/Outreach Specialist at H2O Partners, Inc., where coordination of outreach programs for a significant flood study took place, and as Government Affairs Coordinator II at the San Antonio River Authority, implementing intergovernmental projects.
