Frank Tran

Frank Tran, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in public works and civil engineering projects. Currently serving as a Technical Manager/Senior Civil Engineer at Michael Baker International since August 2018, Frank previously worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Newport Beach from December 2003 to August 2018, contributing to the public works department's mission of delivering high-quality public improvements and services. Frank's career in civil engineering began at RBF Consulting, a company of Michael Baker Corporation, where a role as a Civil Engineer was held from September 1997 to December 2003.
