Joe Zukowski

Joe Zukowski is an experienced professional in the construction industry with over 20 years of project delivery and management expertise. Currently serving as the Federal Program Manager at Michael Baker International since June 2019, Joe previously held roles as Vice President of Business Development at Hill International, Inc. and dck north america, LLC, where notable projects included managing the construction efforts for Allegheny Health Network. Joe's career also features significant experience at Dick Corporation, where leadership in the Department of Defense’s Enhanced Use Lease programs was a key responsibility. Joe Zukowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Penn State University.
