Lynn McCormick

Lynn McCormick currently serves as a Senior Strategic Consultant and Federal Program Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand since May 2010, focusing on optimizing internal Federal programs and engaging with Federal agencies in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Lynn held various positions at Saba Software from May 2010 to November 2020, including Director Worldwide Business Consulting, where oversight included global teams and Saba Cloud projects. Lynn's career began at Mitel Networks, where responsibilities as Sr. Training Manager and other leadership roles included training development and project management across multiple regions. Lynn holds a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from Carleton University and graduated from Streetsville Secondary School.
