Justin Shawley

Justin Shawley currently serves as the Business Development Manager for DATAMARK Technologies at Michael Baker International, focusing on GIS data for public safety since April 2024. With extensive experience in emergency response, Justin has held multiple roles at Rostraver Central Fire Department, including Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, and Firefighter since September 2001. Additionally, Justin has worked as a Hazardous Materials Technician for Westmoreland County since April 2017 and previously held various positions, including Deputy Director of 911 Operations and Systems Manager, at Washington County Department of Public Safety from April 2002 until April 2024. Justin's education includes attendance at the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2001 and graduating with honors from Ringgold Senior High School in 1999.
