Lauren Kirsch

Lauren Kirsch, EIT, currently serves as a Civil Associate I - Bridges at Michael Baker International, focusing on state and local bridge inspections for the WisDOT SE region. Prior experience includes a role as a Structural Engineering Intern at CSD Structural Engineers, where design of connections and shop drawing verification were key responsibilities. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Construction Engineer Intern at Ceco Concrete Construction, gaining hands-on experience in Revit modeling and jobsite inspections. Educational achievements include a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, complemented by foundational education at Port Washington High School.
