Todd Heino

Todd Heino, P.E., is Senior Vice President – Business Development for Michael Baker International. In this role, Mr. Heino leads the Proposal Development, Business Development and Marketing Communications teams to elevate the Michael Baker brand, grow the firm’s portfolio of business and position Michael Baker for long-term strategic growth in all of the firm’s market verticals.

Mr. Heino has 33 years of successful operations and business development leadership experience, having led multi-disciplined teams capturing and executing large programs in the architectural, engineering and construction markets for a diverse set of infrastructure and Federal customers. He has proven leadership in developing and implementing growth plans, driving large project capture strategies, and building operational efficiencies in growth organizations. He has consistently driven market expansion with new and existing customers while developing and mentoring top talent into future leaders.

Prior to joining Michael Baker, Mr. Heino spent 22 years with Parsons Corporation, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Business Development for the Engineered Services business. He began his career at CDM Smith as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, leading environmental remediation projects for private industrial clients and municipalities.

Mr. Heino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
