David Ciarlone is a seasoned energy policy expert with extensive experience in energy regulatory and legislative strategies, currently serving as Principal at DFC Energy Strategies LLC since March 2019. Ciarlone also holds senior policy advisor roles with the Iowa Business Energy Coalition, Ohio Energy Group, and Industrial Energy Consumers of Pennsylvania, focusing on securing reliable and competitive energy services for large industrial customers. Prior to these roles, Ciarlone had a significant impact at Arconic as Senior Manager of Energy and Carbon Strategy, and at Alcoa as Manager of Global Energy Services.
