Tim Cruz

Tim Cruz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in law and corporate counsel. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Michael Foods since September 2018 and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law since April 2019, Tim has previously held the role of Senior Counsel at General Mills, where responsibilities included serving as Division Counsel for GCOM and the United States Retail Organization. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Faegre & Benson LLP, specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation, and as an Account Executive at Norlight Telecommunications and ValueComm. Tim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
