Shama Barday

Shama Barday is currently the Assistant General Counsel and Head of Legal for the US and APAC regions at OneTrust, a leading enterprise platform focused on operationalizing trust across various domains, including privacy and compliance. Prior to this role, Shama served as an Associate at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, specializing in Employment and Executive Compensation, and previously held positions at Alston & Bird LLP in the Financial Services & Products Group and Labor & Employment Group. Shama Barday holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Middle Eastern Studies from Emory University.
