Apoorva Rao

Apoorva Rao is a skilled architect with extensive experience in both practical and educational roles, currently serving as Project Architect at Michael Graves since July 2019. In this capacity, Apoorva has contributed to urban master planning in Gurgaon, India, and documentation for various school projects in Bronx, NYC. In addition to architectural work, Apoorva has been an instructor at Apoorva Noopura School of Dance since March 2011, focusing on dance education and lectures on Bharathanatyam and Indian architecture. Previous positions include serving as an undergraduate teaching assistant at Syracuse University, where Apoorva supported students in digital representation and design studios. A solid foundation was built with a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, complemented by various internships at notable architecture firms.
