Latisha Hardy

LaTisha Hardy, MNML, currently serves as the Coordinator of Programs at Michael Reese Health Trust, where responsibilities include managing the Blackbaud Grantmaking database and collaborating with leadership to process grant proposals and payments. Previous experience includes roles as a Donor Relations Ambassador and Development and Fundraising Consultant at Anixter Center, where LaTisha enhanced donor engagement and significantly increased fundraising outcomes. Additional experience encompasses event support, donor research, and volunteer coordination at American Cancer Society, as well as administrative roles in various organizations. LaTisha is pursuing a Doctor of Human Services degree in Leadership and Organization Management at Capella University, building upon a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts.
