Todd Piercy

Todd Piercy is an experienced retail and sales professional with a diverse background in management and leadership. Currently serving as Owner at La Mills since October 2019, Todd also holds the position of National Sales Director at Michael Smith Inc. since June 2017 and General Manager at Etro since August 2014. Formerly, Todd worked at Bloomingdale's as Department Executive, where responsibilities included leading a motivated staff and managing multi-million dollar departments. Previous roles include District Manager for Polo Ralph Lauren/Club Monaco Division, where oversight of multi-million dollar stores across the southeast was required, and General Manager at EXPRESS, focusing on recruitment and employee development. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Communications from Appalachian State University and a MACE in Communication and Education from Southwestern Seminary.
