A native of New York’s Finger Lakes and Rochester region, Chip most recently served for over three years as regional vice president for Hunt Real Estate, a large real estate firm in New York, where he oversaw eight branch offices, leadership staff and administrative professionals. Prior to that, he was the company’s branch director for three years after spending the first few years of his career as a top agent for a Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® firm in New York. In 2018, at the age of 27, Chip was named to the National Association of REALTORS® prestigious “30 Under 30,” recognizing 30 rising stars in the real estate industry under the age of 30.

Chip is a graduate of State University of New York, College at Brockport, where he studied business management and pre-law, graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in three years. Shortly thereafter, he attended Syracuse University College of Law with an interest in corporate law. During his real estate career, Chip has earned numerous awards for his accomplishments, including a companywide Branch of the Year award as branch director, Top Associate Broker in Office and top 5-ranked agent in his market. Other honors include being named to the Rochester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2021 and a finalist for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce’s Rise Award. Chip also has been quoted as a real estate expert in national and local publications, including the New York Times, Mansion Global, USA Today and the Rochester Business Journal.

Chip said he is excited to work for a company that shares his values, including “the importance of relationships and putting people first, mutual profitability and focusing on quality over quantity” as well as its commitment to giving back to the community. While in New York, he held several board and committee positions for non-profit organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House and the REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. He also founded Community on Tap, a non-profit that organizes volunteer opportunities for young professionals, and was a volunteer and supporter of the United Way and Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester.
