Gary Loughlin has been in the real estate industry for 33 years, with 31 years of experience as a Broker and 28 years as a Sales Manager. Most recently, Gary served as the Manager of Michael Saunders & Company's top producing office, Main Street, for 17 years.
Gary has been a turnaround specialist for a national real estate company, making two offices profitable within the first year of operation. In addition to his vast sales and management background, Gary was also in the new construction industry for 12 years. He is one of the original developers of the Realtor-Builder Accord for the Sarasota Association Realtors.
Today, as Senior Residential Support Manager for Michael Saunders & Company, Gary lends his expertise and insight to the 10 residential branch managers, as well as collaborating to enhance the company's career development opportunities.
