Leah Jenkins

Leah Jenkins currently serves as the Director of Talent & Culture at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, a position held since March 2008, where responsibilities include managing global talent acquisition and benefits administration, alongside collaborating with the HR director on compensation analysis and organizational culture. Prior to this role, Leah worked as a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst at Dell from March 2002 to March 2008. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1996 and 2000.
