Bret Roge

Bret Roge is a Partner at Michael Best, where they serve as the Chair of the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. With expertise in transactional and operational aspects of business, Bret represents a variety of clients, including corporations and nonprofits, focusing on business, real estate, and tax law. Bret's extensive experience encompasses contract negotiations, financing arrangements, business restructuring, and litigation management. Prior to their current role, Bret worked as a Tax Manager at Arthur Young & Company from 1984 to 1989. Bret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School.
