Jill has worked at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP since 2016, starting as the Director of Business Development and later becoming the Director and then Senior Director of Client Value. In these roles, they led the firm's client value initiatives, focusing on improving the delivery of legal services and enhancing the value received by clients. Jill also oversaw teams responsible for pricing, matter management, process improvement, knowledge management, and innovation strategies.
