Amanda Nichols

Amanda Nichols is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Trend & Design Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. since May 2014, overseeing the Celebrations, Frames, and Seasonal divisions. In this role, Amanda manages product designers' workloads and career development, art directs trend designers, and leads the creation of company trend guides and artwork for product design and style guides. Prior to joining The Michaels Companies, Inc., Amanda worked at jcpenney from 2013 to May 2014, holding positions as Senior Designer, Product Designer, and Merchandise Assistant in Home. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design from The University of Kansas in 2011.
