Dan Thompson has extensive experience in customer relations and IT services management within Michaels Stores, Inc., where involvement spans from July 2001 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Relations, Dan effectively manages the relationship with offshore technical support and oversees the onshore customer care desk. Prior positions at Michaels include Director IT Services & Support and Director - District Manager Development. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ferris State University and has additional educational background from Florida Atlantic University.
