Dawn Osborne

Dawn Osborne is an accomplished Regional Vice President at Michaels Stores with extensive experience in retail leadership since joining the company in May 1995. Dawn has held various positions, including District Manager, where significant achievements include being recognized as the District Manager of the Year for Canada in both 2014 and 2017, as well as the entire company in 2017. Responsibilities have included leading over 500 team members, improving customer experience, and driving sales growth. Dawn has also contributed to corporate initiatives, including serving as the Custom Framing Captain, Internal "Bridge" Captain for Assistant Manager Development, and Corporate Charity Captain for Canada. Education includes a diploma from Barrie North Collegiate and a leadership certificate from Dale Carnegie.
