Perry Pericleous

As Chief Financial Officer, Perry oversees all financial operations at Michaels, including planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and investor relations.

Perry joined Michaels in 2024, bringing over 25 years of expertise in overseeing the financial and operational performance of multiple retailers, with a proven track record as a CFO. Most recently, Perry served as CFO at 99 Cents Only Stores, where he optimized capital allocation, drove cost-saving initiatives, and significantly enhanced inventory management and flow. Prior to that, he spent 22 years at apparel retailer Express, where he ultimately served as the company's CFO and played a key role in driving financial strategy and growth.

Perry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Ohio University, an MBA from Capital University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
