Ruben Rugerio

Ruben Rugerio is a seasoned logistics and operations manager with extensive experience in cross dock delivery and transportation management. Currently serving as the Manager of Cross Dock Delivery at The Michaels Companies, Inc. since August 2020, Ruben has previously held significant roles at Pier 1 Imports, including Manager of Home Delivery and 3PL Operations and Regional Transportation Manager, from April 2013 to August 2020. Prior to that, Ruben worked at Avon for nearly a decade in various roles such as Regional Transportation Manager and Order Fulfillment Supervisor. Ruben's career began at Miller Brewing Company as a Distribution Manager and Quality Engineer. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Texas State University.
