Ana Costa

Ana Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll management and engineering. Currently serving as North America Payroll Manager at Michelin Headquarters since March 2019, Ana is responsible for establishing direction and developing policies to optimize payroll functions across the US and Canada. Prior roles include Global Business Services Progress Leader, Senior Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer at Michelin, as well as Heat Transfer Engineer at GE Power. Ana holds a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and two degrees in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.
