Chalani Jayaweera

Chalani Jayaweera is an experienced professional in human resource management, currently serving as a Business Process Support Analyst (HR) at Michelin since January 2018. Chalani previously held the position of Business Administrator at SWARM HOLDINGS LIMITED from January 2014 to December 2017 and was a Banking Executive at HSBC from September 2008 to May 2010. Chalani's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Northampton, obtained in July 2023, as well as a Chartered Qualification in HR from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), completed in March 2022. Additionally, Chalani has pursued further education at the National Institute of Business Management and IDM Nations Campus, with foundational studies at Aquinas College of Higher Studies and specialized training from the Employer's Federation of Ceylon.
