Charles Gaston

Charles Gaston is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Michelin since February 2022, Charles previously held various positions within Michelin North America, including Technical Services Manager and Tec Services Pipeline Manager. Prior experience includes serving as General Engineer at Trident Refit Facility Kings Bay and transitioning from a naval career as a Transitioning Naval Officer in the US Navy. Charles’s naval experience encompasses roles such as Ship's Engineer, where oversight of nuclear reactor safety systems and training of junior engineers was paramount, and Technical Recruiter, recognized as the East Region Engineering Recruiter of the Year in FY2009. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
