Dilton Santos

Dilton Santos has extensive experience in production management, primarily in the manufacturing and agro-industrial sectors. At Michelin, from May 2018 to November 2024, Dilton served as Coordenador de Produção, overseeing the natural rubber processing plant. Prior to this role, Dilton worked at Ambial Agroindústria Ltda as Gerente de Produção from August 2005 to June 2014, responsible for finished product inventory management and logistics, as well as leading the team and controlling inventory. From June 2014 to November 2017, Dilton held the position of Gerente de Produção e Operações at COOPALM, managing the palm heart processing factory and ensuring product quality throughout the production process. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from Faculdade Pitagoras and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Pitágoras UNOPAR.
