Elmarie Roberts is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Michelin, Elmarie has previously held positions including HR Business Partner Lead at Santam Insurance, Human Capital Business Partner at Standard Bank Group, HR Manager at Bowmans (Law Firm), and Regional HR Manager at Deloitte. Elmarie holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology from Rhodes University, completed between 1998 and 2001, and pursued further education at The Coaching Centre from 2016 to 2017.
