Eric Piquant

Eric Piquant is currently the Director of Industrial Competencies Development at Michelin America, where they manage a team focused on developing Industrial and Lean competencies across facilities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Michelin, including Performance Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Group Network Coordinator. Their experience also includes service as a Mechanic Specialist in the French Air Force and working as a Foreign Language Assistant with the British Government. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, France.
