Frank Moreau is the Chief Executive Officer at AddUp, where they focus on developing high-performing teams through lean management based on trust, courage, diversity, and innovation. They have held significant roles at Michelin, including High Tech Materials and Group M&A HR VP since 2023, and previously served as President of Michelin Aircraft Tire, overseeing global operations. Frank also contributed as Executive Vice President for Sales of Passenger Car and Light Truck Tires, as well as for Michelin R&D in Asia, where they led the development of research centers across multiple countries. They hold an engineering degree in Artificial Intelligence from ENSTA Paris, earned between 1986 and 1988.
