Isaac Yancey

Isaac Yancey, MBA, CSSBB, currently serves as an Industrial Engineer at Michelin and as President of IY Services, a business consulting firm specializing in organizational leadership and operations management. Yancey has significant experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, having held positions as Manufacturing Manager and Plant Industrial Engineer at Grace Management Group, where Yancey implemented systems to enhance throughput and quality control. Previous roles include Production Team Leader at WABCO, responsible for production goals and continuous improvement, and various leadership positions in the US Army, where Yancey achieved notable successes in Lean Six Sigma initiatives, operational readiness, and training programs. Yancey holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
