Jerod Burghardt

Jerod Burghardt is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in various sectors, including manufacturing and military operations. Currently serving as the Business Unit Leader at Michelin since July 2022, Jerod focuses on leading a team of 40-45 manufacturing professionals, emphasizing continuous improvement and meeting production and quality goals. Prior to this role, Jerod held positions such as JROTC Instructor at Aiken County Public Schools and Operations Manager for the US Army, overseeing training and operations for 1,300 personnel. Jerod also managed training strategy and operations within the Asymmetric Warfare Group, contributing significantly to operational readiness and strategic development. Jerod holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from Liberty University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University.
