Nidhi Dhanju, PhD, currently serves as Head HR at Michelin India since March 2024. Nidhi's extensive HR experience includes roles as Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Praj Industries from October 2021 to February 2024, and Chief People Officer at Anchanto from April 2021 to July 2021. Prior to these positions, Nidhi held several leadership roles at Thermax Limited, including Vice President for Corporate HR, Group HR Head for the Power Division, and Head of Learning & Development. Nidhi began the career as a Principal Consultant at Infosys from 2007 to September 2013, focusing on organizational development initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Consultant role at Personnel Decisions International and academic positions at the University of Minnesota. Nidhi holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, as well as a BA in Psychology & Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
