Pierre Guinault

Pierre GUINAULT is a seasoned professional currently working at Michelin as a Connected System Designer focused on passive technology since April 2016. In this role, Pierre has been instrumental in promoting the adoption of RFID technology within the Automotive Industry. Previous positions at Michelin include IoT Designer and Junior Project Leader, contributing to innovative IoT initiatives, as well as a Trainee Embedded Systems Engineer. Additionally, Pierre serves as TC2 Chair for IT Development and Services at the Global Data Service Organisation for Tyres and Automotive Components, and as an Associate at Time for the Planet, an initiative aimed at combating climate change. Pierre's earlier career includes teaching at IUT de Clermont-Ferrand and roles in web development and embedded systems engineering. Pierre holds an engineering degree in Embedded Systems from lSIMA Clermont-Ferrand and a DUT in Computer Engineering from Université d'Auvergne.
