Regina Poulnott

Regina Poulnott, MSM, currently serves as an Industrial Project Leader at Michelin since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading and executing enterprise-wide projects. Prior to Michelin, Regina held the position of Program Manager at Dish Network from September 2006 to August 2021, overseeing enterprise-wide projects, and served as the Quality Manufacturing Manager, leading the quality manufacturing organization across North America and implementing process audits and inspections. Regina's career began at Arvato Services as a Distribution Supervisor, managing the reverse logistics team and overseeing significant promotional inventory for SonyBMG and a DJ promo department from August 1994 to September 2006. Regina holds a Master of Science in Management from Southern Wesleyan University (2014-2016) and a Business Administration degree from the same institution (2009-2011).
