Reno Simmons has over three decades of experience in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Michelin Services & Solutions since May 1987. In this role, Reno ensures customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Previously, Reno was the Operations Manager for Michelin Aircraft Tire in North and South America, where successful consolidation of warehouses and deployment of a new direct-to-consumer system were achieved. Prior experience includes serving as a Logistics Officer in the Marine Corps, participating in operations for both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom as part of the US CENTCOM operations center. Reno holds a degree from The Citadel, earned between 1978 and 1982.
