Richard Ducarre

Richard Ducarre has been with Michelin since January 1996, currently serving as the Sales Director for Mining in Europe and Central Asia and as the Global Sales Director for Mining Services & Solutions. Ducarre oversees sales results and the development of Michelin's Mining Services & Solutions globally, managing teams across key mining markets such as Canada, the US, Mexico, and several countries in South America, Africa, Australia, Russia, and China. Previous roles include WW Sales Deployment Manager for Mining Services, overseeing the global commercial deployment of new services, and North America Change Management Manager, responsible for changes in marketing and sales teams for North America. Ducarre's extensive background also includes project management for implementing CRM tools and various sales training roles within Michelin, as well as team management in the catering industry prior to joining Michelin.
