Ellie Wonnacott

Ellie attended Exeter University as an undergraduate graduating with a 2:1 Law Degree, she then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol.

Ellie obtained a distinction in the LPC combined with a masters in Legal Practice.

Ellie undertakes a broad range of residential property work including high value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages (acting for both borrower and lender), Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.

Ellie participates in discussions alongside fellow members of the Devon and Somerset Law Society Non-Contentious Committee regarding issues associated with private client matters.

In her spare time Ellie enjoys photography, travelling and fishing. She is the secretary of her local Angling Club and a qualified Angling Coach where she often carries out coaching sessions for children from local schools. Ellie also enjoys reupholstering and upcycling furniture.
