Fiona Pearson

Fiona is Deputy Head of the Risk & Compliance team and advises the Firm on risk strategy together with its risk and regulatory compliance obligations.

Fiona has extensive experience in professional risks having acted for professional indemnity insurers and solicitors in the defence of professional negligence claims for many years. She has subsequently acted for clients in claims against a wide range of professionals. Fiona is a named lawyer in Legal 500 for professional negligence.

She also advises on insurance coverage issues, particularly those arising from professional indemnity, Directors & Officers liability and business interruption policies.
