Matt Jones

Matt Jones is a Senior Associate at Michelmores, specializing in commercial property, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, funding, and landlord and tenant matters since March 2024. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Associate at BPE Solicitors LLP from May 2019 to March 2024, with similar responsibilities. Matt's experience includes an in-house legal role at the National Trust, managing property legal work across various sectors, and extensive real estate transaction work at Reed Smith LLP, where significant high-value acquisitions, disposals, and finance deals were completed. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick, a GDL from the College of Law, and an LPC from BPP Law School.
